A Note From The Author

The purpose of The Essential Organizer is to provide you the means to inform your loved ones about your wishes should you become disabled and when you pass away. It contains information that will assist them in caring for you, your family, and your home at a very difficult time. In the book you can record information about four key aspects of your life: Legal and Financial, Practical Matters, Present and Future Health, and Family and Friends.

The Book & CD

The Essential Organizer is available in two forms. You may purchase the printed book, which includes the CD, or you may order the CD separately. The CD includes the same material as the printed volume.

This provides you two ways to enter information into the worksheets provided—by writing with a pencil or pen and by using a computer. The computer enables you to enter your information in the spaces provided. It is relatively easy to change your entries, store your information securely on your hard drive, and send copies to family, friends, and advisers. It also ensures the legibility of your entries.
