Three chapters cover:
Family & Friends
Family and friends are the focus of this last section. The first chapter is the place to record basic information about you and your immediate family members, including names, contact information, date/place of birth, citizenship, and more. This information may help in the future with legal issues, contact with family members, and the settlement of your estate. The second chapter provides the space to record information related to your family’s history. This can include people, places, events, traditions, and stories you want to leave to the younger generation. The third chapter is the place to write down your plans for communicating personal information, such as your thoughts, beliefs, and wishes, to family members and close friends. The actual communication is not entered in this book but rather the information about the existence of the message, where it is located, and who can be contacted for additional information.Three chapters cover:

"A wonderful, accessible and important guide. Filling it out is painless for all involved. I'll be happy knowing that in a strange way, my gift to my friends and family will end up being their gift to their family, friends and loved ones."
